These Terms of Service govern your use of the SMS messaging program operated by The Residences at International Place, 20 International Place, Tewksbury, MA 01876. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
 

Program Description

The Residences at International Place operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with prospective and current guests about suite availability, tours, reservations, move-in appointments, payments, maintenance, and guest service requests. Messages are conversational and transactional. This is not a marketing or promotional program.
 

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
 

How to Opt In

You can join our SMS program by ticking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form, by written request on your occupancy agreement, or by texting us first at (978) 863-9800. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of renting a suite.
 

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. You will only receive messages in response to your inquiry or in support of an existing reservation or occupancy.
 

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, particularly if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.
 

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP or CANCEL to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. To rejoin, opt in again using any of the methods described above.

Carriers and Delivery

Your information is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, and mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose.
 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
